Complaints
We always aim to provide a high quality service and we hope that you will never have any reason to complain. If however there is a complaint please bring it to the attention of the Firm’s Principal Robert Twyford who will implement the Firm’s complaints procedure as necessary and who will try to resolve it with you. Fees
We also aim to be competitive on our fees and to keep you properly advised on the subject of costs. Please note that our fees are subject to VAT and that disbursements (that is, expenses such as search fees we incur on your behalf and taxes such as stamp duty) will be added to your bill, at their cost to us. If however you are not satisfied with the amount of our bill please refer in the first instance to the Firm's Principal Robert Twyford. If you are still not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman and/or to apply to the Court for an assessment under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974. Please note that we are entitled to charge interest on an unpaid bill, or on that part of a bill that is unpaid.
